Initial Session

The initial session normally costs £15 for a 30 minute session, but is FREE For a limited time.

 

Initial Session – This first session is an opportunity for us to get a good sense of whether it will be possible to work together effectively. Counselling is a collaborative process, so it is therefore really important for us to ensure that we are able to feel comfortable enough with each other, to ensure the best possible outcome from this process.

 

Subsequent Sessions

 

Subsequent sessions will last for between 50 to 60 minutes and cost £40.

 

These sessions will be tailored to your needs.
